FAQ on Flash Drive
1. After the drive program is installed, why can't WIN98 recognize the flash drive out?
A:
Check out the USB CONTROLLER item in BIOS, and make sure the item is enabling.
If this still doesn't work, delete the drive program installed formerly for flash drive.
2. Can I pull off the flash drive when its LED is on or sparkling?
A:
No, you can't, otherwise you'll suffer from data loss or data re-recording. If the disk cannot work again, please format it again. The disk can be used again without any damage.
3. What should I do if the flash drive fails to read or write after a normal installation?
A:
(1) Maybe the storage space is full. Delete some documents, and you can continue to use it.
(2)The malfunction may be caused by power-off or improper pulling out of the flash drive. Just format the disk with the formatting software.
4. In regard to the problem that OS (except win98) can't recognize the flash drive, we suggest that:
A:
(1)To make sure if the flash drive is defective, please try it on other computers with the same OS.
(2)Please keep your system updated from Microsoft website. (winXP update to SP1, win2000 update to SP4)
5. In regard to the problem that OS (except win98) can't recognize the flash drive after the driver is installed, we have some suggestions for you:

(2)Please remove other additional hardware and driver before you install the flash drive and its driver.
If the ¡§24X USB Device¡¨ appears with exclamation under ¡§Universal Serial Bus Device¡¨ in Device Manager, please remove this device and click ¡§Refresh¡¨. If this doesn¡¦t work, please disconnect the device from computer and reboot the system then operate the processor above again.
(3)To make sure if the external case is defective, please try it on other computers with other OS (2000/XP).

We can't tell what kind of chip every product use from outside, either. So what you can do is to download each of them and try them separately.
Please make sure to remove the previous driver before you try another one.
